Childbirth Classes

Weekly Classes begin on the first Tuesday of each month at 6 p.m. Meetings are held in the MRHC Large Classroom. Class fee is $10 per couple. Class topics include: breathing and relaxation techniques, discomforts of pregnancy, the birthing process, getting to know your newborn, breastfeeding and infant care, child seat safety, OB Department and hospital tour.
