McAlester Regional Wellness Center has exercise programs designed to assist members in achieving optimum health. Gain physical and cardiovascular strength, lose weight, enhance recovery from injuries or surgeries and a lot more under the guidance of trained experts who provide personalized assistance.
Membership Options & Pricing
STANDARD MEMBERSHIP
For individuals and families living in the same household. The first household member must be at least 18 years old. Additional household members must be at least 11 years old.

A one-time fitness assessment ($25) is required before beginning personal training. Discounted training packages are available. Please inquire at the front desk for details.
ADDITIONAL MEMBERSHIP PROGRAMS
- Eligible disabled veterans with a 50% or greater service-connected disability may qualify for a complimentary membership through participating programs.
- SilverSneakers®, Renew Active®, Silver&Fit®, and Active&Fit® memberships are accepted.
- Full-time McAlester Regional Health Center employees receive a discounted membership rate and may choose payroll deduction.
