Your tax deductible donation could help someone with financial difficulty, provide a needed piece of equipment to help our patients and support the operation of the Foundation and community services and requests.

    As an Ambassador of the Foundation your name will be promoted on the MRHC Website as an "Ambassador". You will also receive a Foundation Donor badge emblem.
    As a Friend of the Foundation your name will be promoted on the MRHC website as a "Friend of the Foundation". You will also receive the Foundation Donor badge emblem and also a "Lead the Way" t-shirt.
    As a Foundation Champion your name will be promoted on the MRHC website as a "Foundation Champion". You will also receive the Foundation Donor badge emblem and also a "Lead the Way" t-shirt.
    As a Visionary Leader your will receive all of the above and a Copper Leaf on the Tree of Life. Plus you will have the honor to attend the semi-annual luncheon with the Foundation Executive Director.
    As a Foundation Leader you will receive all of the above and a Copper Leaf on the Tree of Life. Plus you will have the honor to attend the annual luncheon with the Foundation Board Chairman.
    As a Foundation Steward you will receive all of the above and a Brass Leaf on the Tree of Life. Plus you will have the honor to attend a Plaque ceremony recognizing your Foundation Steward contribution.
    As a Chairman's Club Member you will receive all of the above and a Brass Leaf on the Tree of Life. Plus you will have the honor to attend a Plaque ceremony recognizing your Chairman's Club contribution.
