Fee Schedule for Cost of Reasonable Direct Cost of Record Reproduction.*
- $0.25 Per Page
- Copies of other media (CD-ROM, flash drive, etc.) shall be the actual costs of reproduction, including labor.
Fee Schedule for Cost of Record Search and Reasonable Direct Cost of Record Reproduction.*
- (A) $0.25 per page for reproduction, PLUS
- (B) $35.00 per hour for commercial requests or those that cause excessive disruption of office functions for employee search for records, PLUS
- (C) Copies of other media (CD-ROM, flash drive, etc.) shall be the actual costs of reproduction, including labor, IF ANY

Subject to McAlester Regional Health Center Authority’s Policy and Fee Schedule for Open Records Requests and applicable law, once McAlester Regional Health Center Authority receives your payment, we will supply you the documents in one of the manners below.
