Under 51 Okla. Stat. § 24A.5(3), the McAlester Regional Health Center Authority is required to post a schedule of its fees with the county clerk and in its principal place of business.

(A) $0.25 PER PAGE
(B) Copies of other media (CD-ROM, flash drive, etc.) shall be the actual costs of reproduction, including labor

(B) $35.00 per hour for commercial requests or those that cause excessive disruption of office functions for employee search for records, PLUS
